Panathinaikos announces the sale of Bartlomiej Dragowski as the goalkeeper returns to Poland to join Widzew Lodz.

Panathinaikos confirmed the departure of Bartlomiej Dragowski, marking the end of his spell with the Athens club as he heads to Widzew Lodz in his native Poland. The experienced goalkeeper leaves after 2 seasons in Greece, closing a chapter that included 72 appearances and 25 clean sheets.

During his time with Panathinaikos, one moment stood above the rest as he delivered a remarkable display in the 2023 2024 Greek Cup semifinals by stopping 3 penalties against PAOK. This performance became a defining highlight in his tenure wearing the green shirt.

His journey with the team began in January 2024 when he arrived on loan from Spezia, before Panathinaikos secured his permanent transfer in the summer of 2024. The Polish international also celebrated winning the Greek Cup in 2024, adding silverware to his contribution.

The club issued an official statement confirming the sale, noting his professionalism and significant role across all competitions.
