At 2:15 the taxi was on Papanastasiou Street when two individuals approached and struck the driver with a sharp object.

The assailants caused cuts to the driver's cheek and abdomen during the sudden attack.
Escape of the Attackers
After injuring him the attackers took the keys to the taxi and fled the scene in the stolen vehicle.
