Extended Program Offers More Time For Affordable Travel

The DYPA social tourism program now runs for 13 months, concluding on 06 30 2026, giving beneficiaries more flexibility to plan winter and spring getaways.

Voucher holders are able to secure up to 6 nights at approved accommodation providers after contacting businesses directly through the official registry.

Regions With Additional Nights And Zero Private Costs

Travellers choosing specific island destinations can benefit from enhanced support, receiving up to 10 nights without any private contribution in Leros, Lesvos, Chios, Kos, Samos and Rhodes.

Visitors heading to Northern Evia or the regional units of Magnesia, Karditsa, Larisa, Trikala and Evros can stay for up to 12 nights at no cost.

Extra Support For Transport And Providers

Ferry tickets are subsidized with a 25 percent private contribution, while passengers with disabilities can travel by sea for free.

Accommodation providers continue to receive a 20 percent subsidy increase during the Christmas period from 12 15 2025 to 01 14 2026.

Year round enhanced subsidies remain in place for properties in Northern Evia, Evros and Thessaly except for the Sporades.
