A 45 year old woman allegedly posed as a domestic worker to steal valuables from vulnerable people.

Overview of the Case

A 45 year old foreign woman is accused of presenting herself as a domestic worker while secretly targeting elderly individuals and people with mobility or cognitive impairments. Her activity began in September 2024 and continued until her arrest.

Methods Used to Deceive Victims

Investigators report that she relied on fake identities, altered personal details and frequently changed phone numbers to avoid recognition. A false image of herself was consistently crafted to appear trustworthy to potential employers.

Short term jobs lasting 1 or 2 days allowed her to gain access to private homes where she surveyed each property before stealing watches, rings and various pieces of jewelry.

Disappearance After Each Theft

Police state that she vanished immediately after every incident, deleting contact information and destroying phone lines to obstruct any attempt to locate her.

Findings From the Investigation

During the search, officers recovered personal belongings of multiple victims, a knife and small quantities of narcotics. Authorities estimate the total value of stolen items at 23000 euros across at least 4 confirmed cases.

A fake residence permit was also discovered among the evidence.

Impact on the Victims

The suspect left behind distressed and vulnerable individuals who were exploited through a calculated and manipulative scheme.
