A late night fire at the entrance of an apartment building in the Analipsi district of Thessaloniki prompted a swift response from the Fire Service. The blaze began in a motorcycle parked on Byzantium Street shortly before midnight, sending flames upward and alarming nearby residents. Fire rapidly spread to two other motorcycles positioned close to the original ignition point, intensifying the situation within minutes.
Responders arrived with two fire trucks and a crew of five firefighters who brought the incident under control. All three motorcycles suffered extensive damage despite the quick intervention. Confirmation of the event was later issued publicly by the Fire Service through an official post.
