A police investigation in Patras resulted in the arrest of two minors accused of attacking a 15 year old boy outside a school area on Monday night. Officers reported that the suspects aged 13 and 14 allegedly punched the victim and caused physical injuries.
Authorities noted that one of the minors reportedly escalated the confrontation by threatening the teenager with a knife. Police proceeded to take both suspects into custody shortly after the incident.
Further action was taken when officers placed the mothers of the two minors under arrest for allegedly failing to supervise their children. These arrests came as part of the broader inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the assault.
The case file prepared against the minors and their parents will be submitted to the Prosecutor of the First Instance of Achaia. The Patras Crime Division continues to lead the investigation into the events of that night.
